Technological process:
After unwinding, the whole roll of cloth is combined with the roller. The cloth is unwinded by mechanical folding, and the whole roll of nose bar is drawn. After cutting with fixed length, it is imported into the wrapped cloth. The two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic welding, and then it is sealed by ultrasonic side.Equipment CompositionThe automatic folding mask machine includes: feeding part, upper nose line part, welding part, cutter part, upper ear band part, half-folding part, forming welding part, and discharging part. The device requires air pressure and power to function properly.
