This machine with full automatic, from jumbo roll to finished production, PLC & HMI control system, each unit is driven by independent motor (servo motor), simple structure decrease failure rate. Patent-tech spiral blade cutting structure, precisely counting system and nice folding effect, could greatly increase qualification rate.

CHARACTERISTICS:

2. The folding roller, air hole, and air valve have been precisely optimized to make the origami neat, stable, and high speed.
3. The cutting blade roller adopts a spiral blade roller structure, effectively solving the problems of paper cutting stability and blade service life.
4. Fully automated internal stacking, stable, accurate number of sheets, improving efficiency.
5. The equipment is equipped with a flipping and conveying device, which flips and flattens the paper after exiting from the stacking position.
