This is V-type facial tissue folding machine, stable operation and high production efficiency. Each unit is driven by independent servo motor, high degree of automation, patent-tech spiral blade cutting structure, precisely counting system and nice folding effect, could greatly increase qualification rate. Equipment with border embossing process technology, the roller material is made of alloy steel, which is durable and long-lasting.

CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Stable production speed: 100~130 m/min (stacking speed 10~15logs/min).
2. The folding roller, air hole, and air valve have been precisely optimized to make the origami neat, stable, and high speed.
3. The cutting blade roller adopts a spiral blade roller structure, effectively solving the problems of paper cutting stability and blade service life.
4. Border-embossing pattern and efficient decorative patterns are added to the blank space. There are 12 circular patterns, which are beautiful and not singular.
5. Fully automated internal stacking, stable, accurate number of sheets, improving efficiency.
