This rewinding machine has functions can produce Maxi roll (JRT), kitchen towel and toilet roll, the production roll diameter from 60mm to 300mm, full automatic rewinding, automatic transfer, cutting and then packing. The machine adopts the independent motor frequency conversion speed regulation, with a stable working, easy operation,the high-grade quality.

Automatic Wrapper Type High Speed Toilet Paper /Maxi Roll Rewinding Machine is for toilet paper roll/maxiroll processing. Machine have core feeding unit. Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through touch screen, the whole process is automatic, easy to operate, lower the man cost. And Our machine can special-made according to clients' requirements.

Unwinding part

Unwinding part:
1. Horizontal adjusting device for base paper.
2. Two layers of base paper frame: two flat belts with width of more than 180mm shall be used for unwinding frame, and the thickness shall not be less than 3mm.
3. The paper-returning belt frame is pressurized by buffer cylinder. The air pipe of the whole machine shall be no less than 8mm in diameter, and the main air pipe shall be no less than 10mm in diameter.
4. All pneumatic components with adjustable air pressure.
5. The base paper holder shall be suitable for the original paper with a diameter of Max×1600mm.
6.  The unwinding frame is driven by an independent motor.
7. The main machine and unwinding frame shall be of wall plate type structure.
8. Electric motor is used for the left and right adjustment of the base paper.
